Hidden commission payments, so-called ‘slamming’, government sleaze, anti-competitive activity, overcharging, heavy-handed debt collection and questionable sales tactics – last Monday’s Channel 4 Dispatches investigation into the mobile phone industry had it all writes Nick de Cent.
