We have seen the UK Government spend a fortune on external ‘consultants’ to advise on just about anything. Similarly we have seen many businesses spending fortunes on so called ‘business gurus’ and the like to help them improve their sales performance.

Have we had enough of all this sales management gobbledygook and is it time to get back to basics?
