TOP 11 TRANSFORMING SALES TRENDS FOR 2011

Story added:

You'll probably be starting to notice that there are a significant number of changes happening at ModernSelling.com in 2011, the key elements of which are to do with YOU, and how you can interact and join in with what's being discussed.

New Look ModernSelling.com - Academy Learning Centre idea

This will actually crop up in many different ways, not just turning our "articles" more into blog-style discussion points, but across the range of stuff that we host, from your own thoughts and questions in our Sales Forum to career and job vacancy discussions. We also hope to be bringing you an all-singing, all-dancing learning centre or Academy. And one of the key drivers of these changes, introduced in 2010, has been the growing popularity of our webinar series. It is our intention there, for example, to also hook you up with before and after discussions around the points to be raised, or solutions that were offered. So it's quite a lot of work, as you can imagine, getting all the various experts and topics lined up, and the technical developments included so that you can start to get more involved - and our apologies for whatever delays and "waiting bar" time that involves.

In the meantime though, it's great to be able to announce that the most popular webinar presenter/responder from last year, Joisane Feigon, is back to try and keep us up to date with these changes. Her background is in telesales, and she herself has been transforming the working methods and product portfolio of Telesmart Communications, where she is the CEO. Telesmart are also sponsors of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, so you can see where all this change and transformation of telesales is heading.

We had an excellent, lively, informative, and very well attended webinar in last July about Smart Selling on the Phone and Online, and she's back now to discuss with us the Top 11 Transforming Sales Trends for 2011.

The Agenda is...

To Book Your Seat

So, you can expect another busy and focused live event. But to give yourself a fighting chance of being heard, or bagging one of her excellent books, you'd be well advised put the required hour to one side, and book your webinar seat now -  it's on Wednesday 9th February, at 3 pm.

To Ask Your Questions

Neil Warren - Publisher - ModernSelling.com
Me! I'll be there...

The webinar itself is interactive, of course, and yours truly will be on hand to feed your questions through to Josiane. And, although we aren't quite ready (at the time of writing) to offer you the full interactivity off this article, we could well be by the time that comes around, and I have anyway created a discussion link to the existing Forum - Top 11 Transforming Sales Trends for 2011, or any readers who already are, or would like to join our ModernSelling.com LinkedIn Group will find that the RSS feed pops this page in there too, and opens that up for discussion. So feel free to also feed in any specific questions, and I'll ask them on your behalf, in the live event.

Looking forward to "talking" with you, as I hope you are with her and me.

Regards - Neil Warren
