As part of a new training initiative, Huthwaite International has launched Sales Toolbox to deliver a range of online support tools for salespeople and their managers. These are designed to reinforce the behaviour improvement specialist’s established SPIN Selling and Account Strategy training methodologies.

Avoid common traps

Huthwaite’s sales director, David Freedman told ModernSelling.com: ‘The new Sales Toolbox provides a range of flexible applications designed to increase the efficiency of every member of the sales team, help avoid common traps throughout the sale and, as a result, sell more.’

The company says that the new toolbox forms a central element within the Huthwaite Sales System, which offers a combination of pre-course diagnostics, e-learning and skills development – all delivered either face-to-face or in the consultancy’s ‘virtual campus’.

CRM integration

The SPIN Selling and Account Strategy toolsets can be used by individuals or integrated within a client’s CRM system, so that all members of the sales team can access key sales data and analysis. The Sales Toolbox Team Edition enables similar cross-team information sharing for those businesses without a CRM system.

Huthwaite says that, by providing a structured approach, the tools help embed the face-to-face skills, planning processes and methodology to help sellers improve their success rates in creating and converting sales opportunities.

Analytical and planning processes

The account strategy tools are designed to help sellers improve their analytical and planning processes. Linked with e-learning support, the Account Strategy toolset is also available as a stand-alone application.

Freedman added: ‘In short, the Sales Toolbox represents a major step forward in unlocking the full potential of your sales force.’
