LinkedIn have devised a very crafty series of quick video guides, set in the 1980's, to give you the distinct impression that you are so far behind already that you may as well be a dinosaur!
We have noticed a remarkable surge of business people building their profiles in recent years, where those with "sales" as a key word now number the best part of 500,000 in the UK alone.
Many have only really got that far though, and not done much more than "the basics", but Neil Fletcher in his new Diary of a Sales Manager (aged 47.5) is to hand if we want to chat about what's next.
Or you can sit back, relax, and just enjoy the movie (don't get too comfy though - it's a quicker tip than an old-school Guinness advert!)
Oh yes - and you'd be most welcome to join us in the ModernSelling.com LinkedIn Group - if you have now built one but are a bit scared about road-testing out on the public highway here, so to speak. Or try the LinkedIn login option on any of our login or comment boxes - if you are the adventurous and fearless type, of course!

LinkedIn - The Numbers - The correction
That numbers link came out some weeks ago and even onthe day they issued it the numbers for the Uk was wrong! Eek always a worry when I know LinkedIn better than they do :)
There are currently 7.74 Million Users in the UK and estimated 126 million world wide
Hope that helps :)
Best wishes,
