What it does
The Sales Force Evaluation tool benchmarks sales teams against best practice, providing an evidence-based approach to sales training. It enables sales managers to evaluate their sales teams objectively against industry best-practice competency frameworks, in live selling situations.
Over 200 scorecards are tailored to each client’s culture, language and sales situations. The tool provides a highly detailed training needs-analysis for each member of the sales team and allows competency trends to be identified across countries, regions and teams.
Already endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, Silent Edge is hoping for further acknowledgement of the evaluation system next Tuesday. The product is up against entries from Azzurri Communications, CallScripter, Fresheye Marketing, Nexidia, Semafone Ltd and VoiceSage Ltd.
